This Beefeater 1600 Series Dark 4 Burner Built In BBQ w/ Cast Iron Burners & Grills BBG1640DA is one of the most durable, flexible and efficient cooking systems available. Cast iron heats quickly, maintains consistency and lasts a very long time. With 17MJ of power in each burner, turning the heat up or down is precise and gives choice in what and how you cook it. Stainless steel vaporisers efficiently disperse the flames across the grill and plate surfaces whilst reducing flare ups. Cook up a feast for many for years to come on this spacious and durable cooktop. Made from cast iron, the cooking surface doesn’t chip and is rust resistant, holding its warmth evenly for the best cooking experience. Keep an eye on what’s cooking without lifting the lid using the built in temperature gauge and full width glass viewing window to check how those sausages or brisket are doing. The chrome wire elevated cooking rack keeps food warm or can be used as another cooking area. Start cooking quickly and easily with the quartz ignition system for first time, every time sparking up. Built to withstand high heat over time the burner box is built of high grade enamel. Fully seam welded throughout, moisture and grease don’t get into the gaps creating rust. Designed for an easy cleanup, the hotplate has raised sides preventing grease and oil over spilling, drawing it instead to the plate opening and into the front access catchment tray.
