Evenly grill and bake with the rust resistant cast iron cooktop. Keep an eye with the large viewing window and built-in temperature gauge to ensure the lid stays closed and roasts retain their moistness. It has a warming tray that rolls away when not in use, and quartz one press start for simple ignition. The flame tamer prevents drippings from hitting the exposed fire, minimising burning. Built-in oil channels assist in keeping the whole setup clean and minimising scrubbing after the delicious barbeque.
